The staff, led by the delightful Anna, Matteo, and Mercutio, made me feel instantly at home with their attentive service and genuine friendliness. The facilities were a standout, from the spacious rooms with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms to the well-equipped shared kitchen offering complimentary coffee and a unique shared food fridge concept, promoting a sense of community. The central location, a short stroll from the city center and major attractions, coupled with thoughtful amenities like free hairdryers and lockers, made for a memorable and cozy stay.
